The Process is Easy and Stress Free to get a Loan
Step 1
Contact Us:
The first step is to get in touch by booking a free phone consultation.
We will discuss your goals and structure the best possible option for you.
Step 2
Documentation:
Documentation for your loan file will now be gathered.
Depending on your loan product you will be given a pre-approval letter.
Step 3
Loan Submission:
After documentation is completed, your loan file will be submitted to underwriting.
Step 4
Approval:
If approved, a conditional commitment will be issued. Borrower must provide all conditions.
Step 5
Final Approval / Loan Funding:
After all conditions are recieved, reviewed, and signed off, final loan docs must be signed and then the loan will be closed.
